As juniors in high school, Kelly and Colby opted to attend the future business leaders of America Conference in Hershey, Pa. They were from entirely different towns, but met very early on. They hit it off enough that Kelly was a little jealous that Colby was hanging out with another girl in the hottub one night. She would later find that that "other girl" was in fact Colby's twin sister!
The last day of the conference, Colby woke up super early just to meet up with Kelly to say goodbye. When Kelly returned home, she told her dad that while the conference went fine, she planned to stick to the medical field. Oh - and she had met a guy. Thus, while the conference was unsuccessful in getting either Kelly, or Colby, to pursue a career in business, it did connect them with one another. They remained in touch - communicating constantly - and 10 years after that conference, they became husband and wife.
It's no coincidence that these two found each other. They are both people that do everything with their entire heart, and they each possess a heart of gold. Seriously. They put a great deal of effort into bringing a smile to the face of the other, in the small and big details of life. Witnessing them together - you can't help but smile, and you will undoubtedly walk away inspired to love deeper.
To celebrate their marriage - and a decade together - they wanted their Pittsburgh wedding to be elegant, romantic and welcoming for their guests in an environment where they could dance and be themselves. To say they achieved that is an understatement - and they certainly did it in style. Having a MOH who is also an astoundingly talented wedding planner doesn't hurt either. The details of the day blew. our. minds. Nothing went unnoticed. As two people who don't believe perfect exists, we can attest: the day was flawless.
Colby and Kelly's wedding was a beautiful chapter in their amazing love story, but they are both even more excited for all of the chapters that lie ahead as they journey through life as a married couple. We have no doubt that the world will continue to be changed by their love - as we know ours has been. Congratulations Mr. & Mrs. Faust!
