MEET THE DOROSHES

Hi! We are Nazari and Elisabeth! We met at church in 2009 when Nazari sat next to me one fateful Sunday morning. He proposed on our one year anniversary and we planned our wedding in eight months. We got married on July 10, 2011 at the ages of 22 and 23!

Nazari majored in Video and TV Production at Robert Morris University. Even so, wedding videos weren't really a thing at the time, and we had barely been to any weddings. Thus, we opted for Nazari's Uncle Bob to "film" our wedding. It took Naz two years, but he eventually edited down the footage from the hand-held camcorder and made us our very own wedding highlight. After watching it, I fell in love. With my husband, and with wedding videos. I just knew everyone needed this magical highlight video. As fate would have it, a friend of ours connected us with someone who needed a last minute wedding videographer. One wedding in - we were hooked! We have now been filming weddings together for 10 years! We have expanded our team to include a couple associate videographers - who happen to be the most amazing filmmakers, and some of our dearest friends (they were in our wedding party!)

We absolutely love marriage. But we know first hand that it is far from easy. We work really hard to stay connected and strive to spend as much time together as possible. When we aren't filming weddings, we love going on walks in our neighborhood, drinking coffee (always with a chocolate chip cookie), and watching movies (you can see our list of favorites here :)  We love going on adventures - whether to another country, or just exploring a new spot in our hometown. We also love a good physical challenge, and together have done a Tough Mudder, a full marathon, and a Half Ironman. This is a huge feat considering that Nazari loathes running. We bonded over a love for ping pong early in our relationship- so a basement that could fit a table was a pre-requisite for buying a home. Pickleball has recently stolen our hearts, and we we dream of someday having our very own court.

We welcomed our first child, Liberty Anne, in November of 2020 in our house! It was THE most amazing experience, and she has taken over our hearts and home (and made it more challenging to watch movies and play pickleball - but we wouldn't have it any other way).

While the big moments make the highlight reel, we have found it's the little moments that make the world go round. We strive to find them in our every day lives, and in each wedding we film. The moments that make you "you". And your story one of a kind. We can't wait to learn more about you!
